Our company guarantees the perfect state of all its products. The prices on our website include VAT. Once the request, GrupoTurmo will confirm the receipt to the client itself, whose delivery will be done within the deadlines. Returns: Received the order on the client's home, you will have 7 days to return the product if it is not your satisfaction, if so, is obliged to communicate by e-mail (info@grupoturmo.com) and make a refund of the product in perfect conditions, including the original invoice. Once checked the status of product, customer SusMaletas will refund the costumer the amount paid for the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction, net of transportation costs incurred in the return, within the following 15 days of receipt.
